Playing Cool is the eighth Hi-5 Australia video, released by Roadshow Entertainment on VHS in 2001, then on DVD in 2004. It was also released in the UK, by Universal Pictures Home Entertainment in 2004, along with Five Alive.

- Just like the DVD for Five Alive this is in the 14:9 aspect ratio. But it's missing a bit of stuff on the top and bottom of the screen just like the Australian VHS but the UK VHS doesn't crop the top and bottom.
