Move Your Body is the first Hi-5 Australia video, released by Roadshow Entertainment on VHS in 1999, then on DVD, along with the Summer Rainbows video in 2003.
This DVD and VCD was also released by Viva Video Inc. in the Philippines.
This video had sold 80,000 copies on VHS in its first three months.

Trivia[]
- In the opening and closing of the video, the cast wore the same costumes from “Living In A Rainbow”.
- The video's title wasn't read out.
- At the end of Kathleen's segment, the background music was omitted from the original episode, when she did her cartwheel and Jup Jup riding on the height chart.
- This is the first and only time the credits transitions to the cast saying goodbye at the end of a video.
