Hi-Energy is the twelfth Hi-5 Australia video, released by Roadshow Entertainment on VHS and DVD in 2003. It was also released in the UK, by Universal Pictures Home Entertainment in 2005. This DVD and VCD was also released by Viva Video Inc. in the Philippines and the VCD was released by Poh Kim Video Pte. LTD in Hong Kong.

• Despite this and the previous video containing segments from the fourth season of Hi-5, it uses the segment intro animations (except for Kellie's) that actually debuted in the fifth season, which was being prepared before this video was released.
• The VCD version uses 4:3 full-screen aspect ratio.
• The VHS version uses 14:9 half-widescreen aspect ratio.
• The DVD version uses 16:9 widescreen aspect ratio.
