Trivia[]

  • This series marked:

    • The last series to use the updated segment intros from Series 5. The next series will have a different animation.
    • The last series where the orange characters have green hands.
    • The first series to credit Charli as 'Charli Delaney'.
    • The first series to use the brand new Song Of The Week's set which will be used until Series 13.
  • From this series onwards, after the Song Of The Week is shown at the end of each episode, the group interacts and high-fives with the audience while the credits roll. However, in Changing week, the group and the audience dance, and in Wonderful week, children take the Hi-5 band's places as "Some Kind Of Wonderful" is played.
  • Most of the costumes for four Series 7 songs (Making Music, Action Hero, T.E.A.M. and Some Kind Of Wonderful) were reused for Hi-5 USA Series 2 when performing the same songs for their second series; Karla used a couple of outfits different from Charli's so her complexion would be better complimented.
  • This series was filmed from September to November 2004.
  • There are Songs Of The Week that are referenced in it's respective opening theme:
