Come On And Party! is the fifth tour of Hi-5, performed by Kathleen de Leon Jones, Nathan Foley, Tim Harding, Kellie Crawford and Charli Robinson. The tour began on November 1st at The Hills Centre in 2003, and continued to tour Australia, Asia and South Africa until January 26-27th, 2004 in Canberra. It was later brought over to New Zealand in 2005 starting on the 17th to the 19th of January in Wellington and later concluded in Auckland from the 28-30th of January.
This was also the first Hi-5 concert tour to tour to Malaysia and South Africa, and the only such tour in Malaysia to feature any of the original cast members.

NOTE: According to the original rehearsal soundtrack that Tim had, these songlets were originally planed to be in the show but were not reflected in the show’s program, and it is also unknown if these songs actually made it within the show.
- Iron Man (after Fairy Bread and before Underwater Discovery)

Furthermore, Working on the Road and Toot Toot were not featured on that CD, which indicates them being the substitutes for the two planned songlets.

- This tour also marks the first tour to feature Sophie Katnis as Chatterbox, as well as to prominently feature her as an understudy member.
- In the program, some of the songs featured are credited with different names as follows:
- ‘’Come on and Party’’ as ‘’C’mon and Party’’ (though it’s encore credits the right phrasing)
- ”Fairy Bread” as “Fairy Bread Song”
- ”Surfing Safari” as “Surfin’ Safari”
- “Zig Zagging” as “Zig Zagging Down The Mountain”
- In relation to the previous point, a similar issue has also occurs in the aforementioned rehearsal soundtrack with the following songs being given these original names as such:
- ”Fairy Bread” as “Fairy Bread Dance”
- ”Starry Sky” as “Night Time Falls”
- “Ola Ola, Como E Sta” as simply “Ola Ola”
- “Kellie’s Exercise Workout” as simply “Exercise Workout”
- “Razzle Dazzle Ducks” as simply “Razzle Dazzle”
- Furthermore, the encore to “Come on and Party” is credited as “Come on & Party”
- The Hi-5 signage used in this tour would later be repurposed in 2006 for a promotional event at the Powerhouse Museum in Sydney to launch the release of the Wish Upon A Star album.
